Tour Tynemouth Priory in the dark

It’s sold out the past two years and there are only limited tickets left now for this spooktacular hour-long tour which is filled with tales from the dark side, brought to life by the Little Cat Theatre Company. Not suitable for children under 8.

Tours are at 5.30, 7.30 and 9pm running all this week, the last shows on Halloween.

For one night only – the Spooktacular Tyneside Cinema horror quiz

Calling all vampires, werewolves, ghosts and other creatures of the night! Prepare yourself for your most gruesome and bone chilling task yet, when you come face to face with the horror that is The Great Tyneside Spooktacular Horror Movie Quiz.

Join in an evening of pure evil as they test your brains on the films that make you scream, gasp and hide behind the sofa. So if you know your zombies from your infected and your vampires from your undead get yourself down… you won’t regret it!

The Tyneside Cinema are showing epic classic Nosferatu on Thursday 31st at 18.30.

Get spooked out at the Drive-in

No not the band, it’s a drive in cinema, just like in the movies! The giant screen is back at Bents Park, South Shields, showing super scary films including The Cabin in the Woods and The Ring. There will be a kiosk onsite selling drinks and hot and cold food including burgers, chips, nachos, popcorn and more, to make it really authentic!

Calling all ghosts, ghouls and creatures of the night. Crawl on down to BALTIC for Fresh Element’s annual Halloween party, PANIC ROOM. Devilishly talented DJs Lauren Archer (of NE1 FM fame) and Bride & Groove will lure you on the dance floor until late. Beware of the tempting cocktails, scarily good drinks offers and prizes for the ghost with the most and those that have dressed to impress.
